You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all seals and tags intact.
  • Products that are final sale, personalized, or discounted cannot be returned.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
